I'm not a newbie with PC, but I'm searching since a few years to built a home server for myself.
I always searched in dutch forums but I cannot find the trees in the forest anymore.
I have external disks full with video material (films, series) and now I want to create one storage, visible from anywhere, and so I can use my external hard drives to make decent backups of all the PC's in my home. Everyone has is own PC, laptop etc.
So I hope to find some solutions brought in here on the forum.
Because I'm retired now, I have all the time to read, learn and ask.
