Hi All,
I am having issues with my FTP setup.
When I try to access whilst inside my network i have the following results
internet explorer - cannot access
windows explorer - cannot access
mozilla firefox - CAN access
filezilla - can log on but connection timeout after sending the MLSD command
When trying to access from outside my network i have the follow
internet explorer - cannot access
windows explorer - cannot access
mozilla firefox - cannot access
filezilla - can log on but connection timeout after sending the MLSD command
The Freenas is setup as a static IP and I have noticed that this has been the source of problems for some, but I have given the Freenas the default gateway address. On my cisco router I have the standard FTP ports set up to be forwarded, as well as a number of ports for passive transfer. Each member logs on with their individual account details, and their home directories are set to provide them access to our data, with permission set accordingly.
Can anyone suggest where else a problem might lie?
