FTP authentication problem after 11.3

Hi there guys, I cannot log into my freenas using FTP anymore after the update to 11.3 using anonymous account.

Nothing changed in the config side of things, but it used to work perfectly using the "guest" login type in OSX or just using anonymous/guest as the login credentials in other clients. Now I cannot login at all, I've tried anonymous/anonymous@anonymous.com, anonymous/guest, etc. Nothing works. I've tried to follow this documentation:

Which user?

Need help to debug it :(
