I know, very vague subject, but not sure what to put since there isn't just one general error.

I setup my FreeNAS 2 years ago, and just recently it won't boot up properly. I haven't done any BIOS or hardware changes. I dont think I did an upgrade? (that would have to be done manually?)

The only think i can think of is that there was some power outages.

Here is that last page error. I took a video as there was some previous errors as well.
Code:

No, FreeNAS doesn't run updates automatically. Looks like your USB stick died. Do a clean installation of FreeNAS to a new stick, upload a saved backup of your configuration file, and you'll be in business.

Thank you dan!

I ordered a new ultrafit USB.

I'm assuming the config file is not saved automatically? Because I don't think I have ever manually saved it

What version of freenas? New ones save it.

The USB stick is using UFS, so it's 9.2.x or earlier. There are ways of recovering the config file from a damaged USB, or at least attempting to, but I've never had occasion to try. Some searching here would probably find something.
