Freenas with Graphite/Grafana/Influxdb

Hi all, i've configured grafana dashboard and got all my servers setup on it. When trying to configure freenas to connect to my remote graphite/influxdb server I'm getting this error in freenas:

Anyone have any idea why it's not connecting to my grafana server? I've disabled firewall so i know that is not it. I've tried on both ubuntu and windows influxdb server.

Just to update this, I reinstalled ubuntu and got it working. Followed this guide and everything is working perfectly.
