My router is only 10/100mbit, and I'd rather just directly connect the FreeNAS PC to my home PC and have it share the home PC's wireless network so I can take advantage of the gigabit ethernet.
The only caveat is I have no idea how to make this work. Any help?
EDIT:
My home PC is running Windows 7, and NAS is running FreeNAS 8.0.3.
I've turned on Internet Connection Sharing in Windows 7 but it doesn't seem to be working. In Control Panel > Network & Internet > Network Connections, the LAN says 'Unidentified Network'
