FreeNAS Temp monitor

I was wondering if there is a plugin, app or something I can install for my FreeNAS 9.3.x box that will alert/email me warning on temps.

I am planning on moving my FreeNAS box into my under my stairs network closet but little worried about heat. I would like to monitor for now until I can get closet vented or something.

You can setup temp alerts on the hard drives through SMART. If your motherboard has IPMI you can monitor system temps through that and setup IPMI alerts.

I am pretty sure might have it but I am a server noob and no idea how to setup/use it. Server Intel S1200BTLR

According to the mobo spec's (http://ark.intel.com/products/67494/Intel-Server-Board-S1200BTLR), it appears that you have IPMI 2.0

Read your motherboard doc's on how to configure it.
