FreeNAS script to turn off server if hard drive temperature gets too high

Have just worked on my server and a fan got unplugged. Got my email that one drive past 47 degrees and sorted it.
But this is because I was home. Is it possible to make a shutdown script to turn the server off if the HDDs go over a specific temperature?
