I have a FreeNAS microserver with 4 x 2TB hdd.
When it boot, the process aborts.
......

I don't want to lose my data. What should I do?

Ouch, an older version of FreeNAS on a UFS RAID...

Press enter in single-user mode to enter a shell and type fsck -y. If you get prompted to accept something as the system fsck's, do it. Does that make the system happy again?
