FreeNAS FTP site not accessible through public ip from other network.

I trying to use FreeNAS-8.3.0-RELEASE-p1-x64 (r12825) ftp site form other network using PFsence port forwarding but i can't able to open folder it shows you don't have permission to access this folder but when i access this site from local network it works properly. I make port 21 forward in PFsense.
Why i can't access it from other network.
I have two website and i successfully forwarded to public ip so i don't think so that i have any problem in PFsence port
forwarding.

Pirateghost was giving you a HINT that YOU need to do some research/reading. HE doesn't know the details of YOUR equipment and this topic has been covered on the internet and the guides have already been posted if you do the research.

Basically it has nothing to do with FreeNAS. You need to go learn a bit about networking, port forwarding, and FTP
