Freenas fangs on Windows reboot with iSCSI

Hello, sometimes our freenas stop to respond when W Server 2019 reboot. It has attached iSCSI pool from freenas. Any ideas how to solve it? GUI doesnt respond in that case, and in cli can only write as on keyboard, it doesnt react too. FreeNAS-11.3-U4.1 version . I must doo hard restart. thx.
