My freenas box does not boot up since the last time I switched it off. For some reason (unknown to me) the USB drive is corrupted and the computer does not up from it. I had 3 TB of data in RAID 5 over 4 drives and I am really afraid of losing all that information at once. I was wondering if it is possible to install a fresh copy of Freenas (0.7.5.8710) in the USB pen and recover the information that was stored in the old RAID.
I would appreciate any input or solution.
