I upgraded from FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201604041648
to 9.10 (e9dd2aa0c143ea7cdbe91aaee021959e) and it breaks ASUS P5Q (Marvell 88SX6121 AHCI SATA controller (Marvell 88SE6111).
The Marvell SATA controller shows only 1 disc instead of 2 connected to it.
Change: Port Multiplier supported -> Port Multiplier not supported
Bios is set "Normal mode"
From bios you can set the 2 SATA-ports work in a:
Super Mode (stripe)
EZ Backup (mirror)
Normal Mode ("normal" SATA-ports, Note: Windows only supports the first port. Freenas 9.3 showed both ports fine.)
Both Marvell ports have been working fine since FreeNAS 8.3.0
There is 8 SATA hard drives connected to the motherboard and they are all in the same pool (Raid-z2).

Do you need more information to resolve the issue?
Currently the system works nicely with version 9.3 and running scrub (8h 11m to go) to get everything back to the state before the upgrade.

Currently the system works nicely with version 9.3 and running scrub (8h 11m to go) to get everything back to the state before the upgrade.
