freeNAS 9.2.1.6 View Disks duplicate records

After a volume was detached with the selected 'Mark the disks as new (destroy data):' the View Disks shows those disks with duplicate records (da9,da9, da10,da10, ....). Those duplicates disappear only after the NAS restart.
Am I doing something wrong?

That sounds like more of a browser problem. I haven't destroyed a pool with 9.2.1.6. You should also upgrade to 9.2.1.7 to address a security issue in 9.2.1.6.

I worked in Firefox then closed it and opened the freeNAS web interface within Chrome with the same result. It happens not only when you destroy the pool but for example, when you remove an available spare disk.
