Hello everyone!
I'm writing here because i've got some issues with my freenas 9.10 box:
I have a LSI HBA 9201-16i and the Firmware - Driver is
mps0: Firmware: 20.00.07.00, Driver: 20.00.00.00-fbsd

Is this a solid match?
I've read many posts in this forum and various articles, but i could not make my mind clear...

Also, I have 6 IBM SAS drives 300GB 10k RPM, a mix of FRU 90Y8878 and 42D0638, but I am unable to create a single RaidZ2 volume with all these disks.
When I try i receive the error

middleware.exceptions:37 MiddleWareError: Unable to gpt format the disk "dax"

(da2:mps0:0:2:0): Error 22, Unretryable error
(da2:mps0:0:2:0): READ(10). CDB: 28 00 22 ec b2 5b 00 00 01 00
(da2:mps0:0:2:0): CAM status: SCSI Status Error
(da2:mps0:0:2:0): SCSI status: Check Condition
(da2:mps0:0:2:0): SCSI sense: ILLEGAL REQUEST asc:20,0 (Invalid command operatio n code)
(da2:mps0:0:2:0): Error 22, Unretryable error

Any hint on how to resolve these issues?
Thanks in advance

Make sure your drives are not formatted with protection enabled (check `sg_readcap --16 daX` output). If needed -- you may reformat them with `sg_format` tool.
