You don't have the manual for your card? I would recommend you find the manual and set the jumpers or whatever you need to do to make it JOB and then just install FreeNAS. I'm not sure how well it will work and you are setting yourself up for failure this way. You could achieve the same result by adding your drives together as a stripe set. It would be a safer way of doing it.
