Greetings. I just have the FreeNAS-8.0.1-RC1-i386.iso version installed on a MSI E350IS-E45 Mainboard. I added 8 GB of memmory but it is only seeing 4GB. Will installing the FreeNAS-8.0.1-RC1-amd64.iso version will let me see the whole 6GB? And now the dreaded question: Will I loose everything (my current setup of one 2TB with data in it) if I upgrade to FreeNAS-8.0.1-RC1-amd64.iso? Please advice at your earliest convenience. Anticipated thanks.

Yes, installing amd64 will solve it.... And no, you won't lose anything, just choose the upgrade option or the firmware upgrade...
Advice: save the configuration file before doing so

Yessss! Where can I find the upgrade option and\or the firmware upgrade option? From the FreeNAS web gui admin screen? Can I save the configuration file on the boot USB stick? Thanks for your support.
