Hey there,
I have a question how I can restore a folder snapshot from a shared folder?

We only need to restore a single file.
So that the actual folder will not be overwrite.

Could someone tell me how to do this?
I had read I could to it over cli but I don't know how.
Best Regards,
Dan

If it's a samba share, you can use "previous versions" in the Windows File Explorer UI. Otherwise, the snapshot contents can be accessed via the hidden .zfs directory at the root of your dataset. Just copy the file out of it via the CLI.

Okay, thanks I had found a solution to go to the .zfs/snapshot path.

On mac I need to use terminal and there it worked. on finder I can only go to this path when I direct connect to the path.. (go to on finder does not work)
Best Thanks :)
