Files Disappeared in the SMB Shared Folder, but WinDirStat finds them?

I am a radio engineer for a station and I just put together a much needed backup server. I have an offsite backup server running TrueNAS Scale. I have a main folder called "backups" and within that I have multiple folders for each machine I backup. For some odd reason I cannot figure out, the largest of the backup folders has just recently disappeared, however it is still using disk space, and can even be found when I run WinDirStat. I am no TrueNAS professional, but that's why I'm here in the first place. Any ideas or knowledge on this matter would be terrific.

Should've mentioned this, the folder that is missing is the "zettasystem-backup"
