File transfer speed question?

I have a question about File transfer speed, I had created a couple SMB but when I transferring file the speed on getting in between 90-5 Mbps, is it reasonable. (The reason is I am moving my file from 3 x 1TB hard drive to 4 TB mirror hard driver)

both NAS and PC onboard Giga Network card with cat 6 cable and gigabit network switch, I have try iperf to check it show up about 400Mbps.

File transfer of individual files can vary depending on the size of the file that's being transferred.
