Error with upgrade to 9.3

I downloaded the FReeNAS x64 upgrade 9.3 file with the txz extension, and then proceeded with the upgrade from FreeNAS-9.2.1.8-RELEASE-x64 (e625626) to FreeNAS 9.3.

As the upgrade files were being installed, the top progress bar showed 2/3 operations and got to about 35%, while the bottom progress bar got to about 88% before FreeNAS threw up this error

Error: The update failed: Command '['bin/install_worker.sh', 'install']' returned non-zero exit status 1.

Is there anyway around this or does it mean I can't upgrade FreeNAS 9.2.1.8

Okay, thanks and I have just created this bug report:
Bug #7069

They have requested :var/log/messages and /var/log/debug.log from the time of the installation attempt.

Will I be able to get them from the FreeNAS gui somewhere , or is it not so easy?
