oner other thing that might cause the error is giving the jail the same IP as your NAS. Changing that one helped to fix it for me

Just tried something and it seemed to work.

I cleared all mount points and it let me install and configure transmission. Try clearing your mount points, install new pbi, then re-add your mount points.
