driver urtw non found in freenas

Hi,

My hardware has ethernet adapter broken, so i must use usb dongle wifi.
I want use DIGITUS 7003GT (chip Realtek RTL8187B/L) and i have found instruction to use it here:

The problem is that FREENAS hasn't urtw binary into distribution (Freenas 9.2).
How is possibile add it after installation and without internet?

if is possible, then how is possible write into loader.conf that is read-only on freenas?

FreeNAS is designed to not use wireless, meaning that you would have to recompile the operating system from scratch to put all the wireless support back in.

If you are limited to non-Ethernet hardware, FreeNAS may not be the correct solution for you.
