DL380e Gen8 Panic

I've trying to install FreeNAS-11.2-U4.1 via usb all day but i'm getting panic errors, is there a way around this. See attached image.

Found the problem, the system doesn't like the Kingston DT50 16GB, seems to be fine with a different usb stick.

Possible no go usb sticks for DL380e Gen8

PNY Attaché 4 32 GB USB3 - runs extremely slow and fails occasionally
Kingston DT50/16GB USB3 - causes panic errors, thats before instalation. If you do manage to get it running most likely it will fail after few reboots, that is what happened to me.
SanDisk SDCZ50-016G-FFP 16 GB Cruzer Blade USB 2.0 - seems to be working so far.

Well phooey pants. Your discovery is the same problem I've just battled with. Thanks for reporting back that you had found the issue, because without that I'd have never thought to check the USB stick!
