Disk show "available" in volume manager with imported pool

I imported a pool from a FreeBSD server into FreeNAS 11.1. The import worked and the storage is available, but if you go into "volume manager" it shows all the disks as being available and I could build a new pool from them, destroying any data on them.

How do I tell FreeNAS that the drives are currently in a pool so no one else comes along and accidentally destroys the imported pool?

No I am not confused...

Below is me about to destroy my currently mounted volume I created on a FreeBSD server sometime back...

Below is the disks that are active in the volume... There are currently no other disk connected to this server, but the 76 I moved over... You will see that the same disks below are being added above...
