Disk replacement, Pool now shows as EXPORT/DISCONNECT?

I had a drive fail on me, so I took it offline, Ordered a replacement.
Now that I added the new disk the pool says OFFLINE and EXPORT/DISCONNECT. I want to add the new disk and re-silver but it does not give me the option.
I am really getting nervous that I lost my data.
Can someone please help me.

Now this is a set of 5x 8TB disks, 4 of them should be fine. I replaced the damaged one, why cant I recover?
