SOLVED Disk device name changes on striped volume

Hi, I've been searching around the forums for a few days now and not sure if I'm just using all kinds of wrong terminology, being stupid or there genuinely isn't an answer to this, so here goes...

I was cleaning and reorganising things inside the case a bit and I started to wonder what would happen if, for example, I disconnected some of my drives and forgot which sata port they were originally plugged into? Is FreeNAS/zfs clever enough to realise that the drives swapped device names or would everything fall apart? Would whether the volume was striped or mirrored make any difference too?

Just curious and my research skills clearly aren't up to scratch! :)
