Disk Activity every 10 min

Evrey 10 min there is activity on the drives without anythin running in the background, the stystem stuff is already moved to the boot bool, and apps are on a diffrent poll, but something is still doing stuff and so the drives are never idle and dont spin down. So what am i missing? Whats keeping the drives from spinning down?

Its a RAIDZ1 3 wide with no metadata, log or chache VDEVs.

And how do i change this or delay it so that disks let spin down?

Or will this also wake the disks from spin down
