Dead / Unresponsive Tabs or Functions in 11.3-U1

Hello All,

I upgraded to 11.3 a while back and everything was working fine. Yesterday I noticed an update was available. I installed the update and now many of the tabs on the left do nothing when I click on them. The few that still work are Dashboard, System, Storage, Plugins, Display System Processes, Shell, and Guide. Everything else does nothing when I click on them. I figured I should be able to roll back to before the update, but figured I would post here about this issue before figuring out how to roll back, as I have never had to do that before.

Thanks for the help! So glad I posted rather than just trying to roll back. Some times its just the little things.
