DDNS ? What do I do?

Hello people,

I've just spent the whole day setting up my freenas box.
Also, I've just created a new DDNS account on dyndns.
What's the next step ? I've plugged in the information. eg username, provider, domain name..etc.
How do i remotely access my freenas shares?
Is there a guide that i could read?

I use a combination of opendns (home pcs etc).. dnsomatic.. freedns.afraid.org.. Everything linked.. I cant remember if router or server handling ddns for me..
