Hi folks. I hope you can help me out. I'm definitely a novice when it comes to FreeNAS.
So the deal is, over time, I started at v9, updated to 11.1, then 11.2. I didn't realize 11.2 was a beta (the train drop down just said 11.2 stable). It seemed a little wonky, so I made a fresh install of 11.1.
Now my Volume has a bunch of detritus.
Volume1
- Data
- Music
- PlugInsJail
- - PLEX
- Video
- iocage
- - download
- - - 11.2-RELEASE
- - images
- - jails
- - - plex
- - - - root
- - - log
- - - releases
- - - - 11.2-RELEASE
- - - - - root
- - - - templates
- - - jails
- - - jails_2
-syslog
- syslog
I'm thinking delete (destroy) PlugInsJail and iocage and then reinstall Plex. I guess I'm looking for a sanity check on whether it's safe to do so (iocage in particular). Like I say, I'm not very experienced, and don't want to lose my Data, Video and Music datasets.
Thanks,
Mike
