Daily run output email

Hello all,

I have a question regarding my hardware status after receiving the most recent daily run output email. At the end of the email where FreeNAS checks the status of my RAID controllers, it output the following:

I have no idea what that means. I have not seen this error prior to today. Does this mean one of my cards is failing?
