Create users with home directory in the group folder and users must not access each other folder

Hi, I'm new to TrueNAS, i came from using synology hehe, I just want to replicate what i did back before, in each group users have their own home directory created on that group folder, i've created several users already thanks to youtube but my problem is after i created those users and logged in, it can delete other user's home directory even its own home directory. How can i restrict it not to the its own directory and others.
