Create user folder with AD users

Hi,

I have FreeNas connected with AD and some CIFS folder created. But I don't know how can I create the user home folder for every users without having to manually create 1 share for each user and assign it to each user.


I've tried with creating a new dataset named "Usuarios", and then I shared it as a CIFS with the "Use as home share" option, is that right?

The problem is that I cant see that folder or connect to it...

So you have another System/Server that is the AD DC and FreeNas is just connected via Directory Services?

That's correct.

And I'm only having problems with the "Use as home share" option. Can't find any detailed article about how it works....

Finally I could solve the issue without he "Us as home share" option.

I created a "Usuarios" folder with permissions only for the Admin user, then I set the home folder for every user directly from the AD.
