CrashPlan: "Some error occurred" when trying to start service

I've installed CrashPlan through the Plugins menu and when attempting to turn the service on I get the error "Some error occurred".

Running build FreeNAS-9.1.1-RELEASE-x64 (a752d35).

The following is shown in the shell;

freenas manage.py: [plugins.utils:87] Couldn't retrieve http://my_freenas_ip/plugins/crashplan/2/_s/status: HTTP Error 502: Bad Gateway

I am a novice in the Shell but I have installed Plexmediaserver through the plugins menu previously; I am sure it something quite basic that I am missing. I have rebooted since installing to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and thank you for your time in advance!

Same problem for me to. Am a noob to FreeNAS but cannot continue if Crashplan does not work. Can anyone help. ? Am running 9.2.0.

I realized I have made the mistake of only clicking on the 'plugins' tab on the horizontal menu bar. If you click on the vertical bar then it provides some more directions in the form of a link to this info:

http://support.code42.com/CrashPlan/Latest/Configuring/Configuring_A_Headless_Client

Looks like there is some more work to do on the client side before it will work.
