Plugin - service status not working

turn off the plugin (or if it's not up, leave it off). Go to the jail and uninstall the jail (delete icon).

Then go to the jail setup and make sure the IP range it's giving for jails is good with your router, etc.

Then reinstall the plugin and make sure it's IP is in a good range, and you've supplied your gateway IP.

I'm also experiencing the same problem and still not solve...
My question is that, I can't "ping" the plugins' IP while it is ok between the freenas host and the plugins jail.

for example
172.16.1.68 is my PC's IP
172.16.1.6 is the FreeNas' host
172.16.1.40 is the jail IP created from Virtual-Box-Template
172.16.1.41 is the ownCloud plugin jail's IP

172.16.1.68 ping 172.16.1.6...OK!
172.16.1.68 ping 172.16.1.40...Timeout!
172.16.1.68 ping 172.16.1.41...Timeout!

172.16.1.6 ping 172.16.1.40...OK!
172.16.1.6 ping 172.16.1.41...OK!

I'm so confuse...the jail was a true "jail"...
My freenas is fresh install, setup for ZFS and jail's folder, than install plugin, version is FreeNAS-9.10.1-U4.

Is there anyone can help me?
