CPU Haswell, looking for a motherboard

Hi,

Learned a lot from this forum, thanks a lot!

I have a spare CPU Intel Celeron G1840 (socket 1150), a motherboard Gigabyte GA-B85M-HD3, and a chassis with ATX, Micro ATX, Mini ITX motherboard compatibility.
The motherboard is not compatible with ECC memory, so I need a new one, but I'd like to keep the CPU. Any advice ?

The Supermicro X10SLL+-F has been well-received by many users and is also mentioned in Cyberjock's hardware recommendations thread:

Make sure you select memory that has been certified as compatible with the board though, preferably from the compatibility list on the Supermicro website.

I do not have memory yet, and will indeed ensure that it has been certified with that motherboard.
