SOLVED Copying files into a jail (permission issue)

I am trying to install flexget but I run into problems when I try to create the config.yml in the root/.flexget folder. The instructions I found said to use nano, but I have been unable to install that one. Then I saw some reference to using ee, which is pre-installed, but that one doesn't allow me to copy a large amount of text in the right format through the 'paste' function in the FreeNAS shell. So I then thought of creating that file on my Windows machine and ftp'ing it to that folder just using filezilla, but then I run into a permission issue. Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!

I figured it out. For those with the same problem - see here. And then you can use sthg like Filezilla to sftp into the jail with full root privileges.
