Connection fail from university internet

Hi,
I've a problem when I try to connect to any plugin door (only owncloud door 80 works) from an institutional wifi (university, school, office) while it works like a charm from 3G/4G or residential connection.

Why this? Is an restriction of the institutional connection or a problem of my freenas/plugin?

we can't answer without more information. you could debug this with nmap and know exactly what's going through and what's getting blocked.

I would assume your institution is blocking all outgoing ports except standard ones (80/443).
