cloud sync bandwidth limiting

I have tried using the rclone documentation and in the current stable build if i set ANY bandwidth limit the transfer speed is zero. only if i remove the limit does the system upload..of course at full throttle. I've tried 1M, 1MiB, 1.5M 1.5MiB. At uncapped it transfers @2.5MiB. What am I missing or should I file a bug report?

Are you using the correct format for the bandwidth limit? Try 0:00, 1M.

tried this in the bandwidth limiting section:
00:00,1MB
and nothing. it says it will take 16 weeks to upload the files..which is ludicrous. 2TB @10 Mbps should be jsut over 2 weeks for the transfer..but Freenas is not transferring at 10Mbps whn told to.... I tried jacking it up to 50MB and that stuffed things again. Tried moving it down to 10MB and that stuffed things..but now it says it's going to take one week even though it's still uploading at the mac nearly 30 megabits. Something seems off about things..any ideas?

so I tried 00:00, 2MB and it threw not a valid integer at me. if it set it to 00:00,2MB it's happy but the transfer is going to take more than 4 months?

it actually transferred 100 gigabytes during this time. Something REALLY seems off here. bug report time.
