CIFS - delete file from subfolders to trash - problem

Hi I have problem with trash for CIFS. I set in CIFS share export recycle bin.

In root .recycle is ok.

On CIFS share I have folders (ZFS Datashets)

e.g.

/user1
/user2
/sharedDir

Now my problem:

When I will delete file in root e.g. /file.txt ... so after in .recycle I can see file.txt there.
Problem is when I will delete file in some subfolder e.g. /sharedDir/dir1/dir2/file.txt. After I can see in recycle file path (.recycle/--USERNAME--/sharedDir/dir1/dir2/) but file.txt is missing.

Can you help me please?
