Can't write or read files of one user

I have this (i think noob) problem. Last week installed for first time freenas and im loving it. Have only one problem.

I have three users, two with mac computers, one with win 7. All of them are in the auxiliary group "bee".

users:
cristian (me) - mac
lucas - mac
marcos - win

If cristian upload files, lucas and marcos can read and write to them.
If marcos upload files, cristian and lucas can read and write them.
But, if lucas upload files, only lucas can read and write to them.

Looking via ssh i can see lucas files have RW only to his user. While marcos and cristian put full permissions to the files.

Why this is happening? How can i make lucas write files the same ways as cristian and marcos do.
