just want 3 accounts to control all files on this freenas.

nobody,no group and read,write,exe all ticked. - plan to change raid when i buy more drives. unix permission

cifs admin for everything and guest for media only.

i have 1 android, 1 mac and 1 desktop - other users are guest

all at nobody,no group - owner read,write,execute, and read and execute for group and other.

will these 3 users have full control of files uploaded to nas?, so i can manage from different users since i cant use one user for all 3 devices as windows 7 has told me.

do i need to make a group called admin and add these 3 users?

can i assign users via mac address to make things simpler?

i have been reading the freenas guide and that slideshow made by cyberjock but still not sure mostly because the users dont have all ticks in permissions
