Cant save Microsoft Office files

when other user edit MS-Office file like Excel (.xlsx), saving cant complete.
system said about "it cant save read-only file" and let me save as new file.
i try to give full permission but still not work.
the file owner is fine to save it but another can read-only.
i using SMB

Sounds like you may be using UNIX type dataset which will give these types of issues.

i tried to add a special customization. by adding write / read list it not working when i open from windows
it show only EVERYONE / OWNER / WHEEL
it not how my "readall" group i created
read list = @readall
i tried on WinSCP but it still show Owner/group/other option
