Can't get a Windows ISO to boot in FreeNAS-11.3-U3.2

I've created several Linux VM's in my FreeNAS-11.3-U3.2 environment like Ubuntu/CentOS/Kali. All no problem. But when I want to create a Windows 10 VM I get:

I know the Windows 10 ISO is bootable because I have been able to install it using Oracle Virtualbox. No problems there.

Any suggestions on how to get this VM to work ?
