At some point, I created a group 'media' with group ID 8675309. It was a while ago, and I don't know how I did that. It's possible I created the group from the shell. Anyway, I'm now trying to remove the group.
I'm running FreeNAS-11.2-U7.
In attempting to delete the group on the current UI, there's no delete option showing under the hamburger stacked dots menu. Just 'manage'. It appears FreeNAS considers my 'media' group as a system group.
Try from the legacy UI:
I get an exception: [EACCES] A built-in group cannot be deleted.
This makes sense. My 'media' group looks like a built in group.
So, how can I delete my old group?
