Can't connect to FreeNAS Web Interface on PC but can via phone?

Hi,
My FreeNAS is up and running (and has a VM - PiHole running) with Internet access but I cannot access the web interface on PC. Also, I can't connect to storage either. I can connect to the web interface on my smart phone and PiHole is running fine. I am using the right IP address, What could be the problem?

I got it to work, I just had to restart freeNAS but then I couldn't get PiHole to start. I got freeNAS to work by stopping it & the jail and then starting both again.

I still can't figure out why I couldn't access the Web Interface on PC (and laptop) but could on a smart phone.

Did you work out why this happens? It's happened to me too. Cannot access it from a windows pc, but can from my android browser.
