Backup Solutions (Rsync Problems?)

Hello, I am currently looking for advice on backing up a FreeNAS storage drive to another FreeNas Server. I have set up Rsync and it appeared to work, but after it built the folder structure Rysnc stopped working and did not copy any data like video and picture media over. I have logged into both servers and used the option "run task now?" and the bandwidth monitor on both servers does not increase. I'm not sure if Rsync is the right solution to back up 600GB of data to another server, but I am trying to set something up to do it automatically so that I no longer have to use an external hard drive plugged into a computer and manually drag and drop.

Any ideas on how to fix Rsync? Maybe I'm doing it wrong?
Or any possible better solutions to back up FreeNAS to another local server?

i'm trying now the SSH method will let you know how i go once i'm done. you can have a go and test it see below how to setup rsync using the SSH Method.
