Backup of Win Sharing privileges

Hi, Dear community!
I have server with FreeNAS 11.0-U3, there are windows share which use active directory.
So all users and NAS in one domain. Everything works good, but I have one problem:
When I mount ntfs usb hard disk (using ntfs-3g) and try to copy my shared dataset using

 rsync -aAXv 

, rsync tells me that it is impossible to copy xattr permissions, and copy just files.
So my question is:
How can I backup my windows share dataset with all widows privileges?

I don't think it's possible. The only way to preserve the permissions would be to copy the files from a Windows machine and using something like robocopy to preserve the permissions.
