arp: attempts to modify permanent entry for 192.168.15.100 on re0

arp: 00:6b:9e:9a:ec:8c attempts to modify permanent entry for 192.168.15.100 on re0 constantly comes up, and sometimes is so persistent that it causes a denial of service

I have set the IP as static and this shouldn't be happening.

Thought it might have been as a result of starting to load Deluge and Emby. I deleted Deluge temporarily and stopped Emby until I can get the darn thing to work with the Jails it created.

I have similar problem. I take it that 00:6b:9e:9a:ec:8c is the MAC address of the router?

I am about DONE with Emby setup... not getting anywhere and no one seems to have a good step by step install procdure. Most take it that you know all about Jails and how to set things up with ZFS file systems.

The NAS works fine, and I really don't have to have Plex or Emby to get what i want. Would have been fun to see it work, but I've other fish to fry.

Started loading Plex... seems it needs Jails as well... no info on how to configure them... I'm lost !
